My point was that unless he is somewhere calling the shots, I don't think there is anyone else stupid enough to trade their number one next year.

Really don`t like one and two. Still thinking Denver finds a trade out partner in rd 1 and gets an extra 2nd +

I can't speak for Randy, but I think this draft has some solid guys in the 3rd or 4th round, plus the difference between the guy we get at 31 and the guy we would get at say, 41 or so isn't much. According to the chart, we get a high 4th for that swap. We drop down to 50 and get a mid 3rd.

what is OM??? lol and yes i will. today has been a crazy week. I had a paper due monday, my 6 hour competency exam for my masters program and then had another exam last night. i'm dying but am planning on doing my write up today.

It always seems like the names we bring in or talk to are all the late round guys. We rarely hear about early round players being brought in. Maybe this is why we are so good in those late rounds though of finding those diamonds in the rough. I wish we would do a bit more then with the 2nd and 3rd round guys as that seems to be where Elway has been weakest so far.

I'm not sure it's about replacing Latimer as much as it is planning on post Sanders if we can't sign him after next year. and that would be too bad.

Would be horrible! I just bought his jersey this Christmas and the first time I wore it was Super Bowl Sunday.
