Actually it was more on SEC defenses and many posters bought up that Stoops should not speak until he beats one in a game that counts. 10 years is a long time, i was still married and didnt have a business 10 years ago. March forward 10 years and i am happy on both accounts, no wife, and a business that thrives even in down economies.

Maybe the real point in all of this is the fact that the SEC is not as deep/talented as it has been in the past. I mean its looking like Team SEC might be watching another conference playing it up in the Natty this year.

Let's see ... the SEC put twice as many players into the NFL draft last year than the next conference. Maybe that, coupled with some really good QB's this season is the answer.

But, looking at one year and trying to prove a point is idiotic to anyone who knows anything about statistics. Too small of a sample size. Anyone want to argue the SEC's defense the past decade hasn't been better than everyone else's?
