Good fight last night even though they fell short. Not usually into moral victories but they had a lot going against them last and that even before Flexen laid an egg.
I kinda feel like the writing has been on the wall with Seager ever since the Mather incident. From my perspective it makes sense to keep him around but I get the sense both sides are moving on after the year.Hurting Kyle Seager feelings doesn’t matter. The fact that Toro isn’t good enough at the moment that they have to pay top market rate to resign Seager now. Had they done a token deal to “go for it” they could’ve signed a friendly deal for Seager.
Even Seager's wife posted something about the trade. I think he is ready to move on as well and I can't blame him. Even most prisoners get paroled at some point.I kinda feel like the writing has been on the wall with Seager ever since the Mather incident. The astro announcers are taking about Seattle getting screwed on strike calls too.
no more shed long please
You are really hung on that aren’t you. When the clubhouse isn’t happy that a veteran is traded should it not be reported? But haven't you heard how fun he is in the clubhouse? Can't sacrifice that kind of thing just to make the team better.
