he was contained for years in pgh, and had the best start to a career a wr ever had. Since hes gone nuts, not as good. Not working out well.

Yeah I agree with this, TO was strange but this son of a bitch is bat shit crazy, he is a child.

LOL at the praise for Gruden. He just told the rest of the team it's OK to blow off practices and act like a total ass and all will be forgiven. He was kissing AB's ass throughout this entire preseason full of his nonsense. What little respect I had for John Gruden has vanished. The Raiders caved after one speach by a crazy man, what a joke.

Oh yeah, this is probably enough to make a respected guy like Mayock leave. He just can't be happy that he was overruled and Grudog got his way. A good owner would have backed his GM and understand you just can't have players missing mandatory team events, posting the letter, then cussing out the boss. Antonio Brown requested his release from the Raiders in his most-recent Instagram post.
Brown's post started with the quote, "You are gonna piss a lot of people off when you start doing what's best for you." He then made a few other notes about not wishing to conform to the system before eventually requesting his release from the Raiders. The post comes on the heels of a cryptic YouTube video that included a seemingly private phone conversation between Brown and coach Jon Gruden. The Raiders said Friday that the plan was for AB to suit up Monday night against the Broncos, but this clearly remains a volatile situation.
