In the end, the Raiders traded Amari Cooper, a third-round pick, and a fifth-round pick for Antonio Brown and a first-round pick. Looking at it that way, that looks like a great deal for Oakland.
LUL what a steal. 3rd and a 5th? For a team that has 3 1st rounders? Okay Pittsburgh. Didn't realize their FO has become incompetent as their head coach. This kind of has a Randy Moss vibe and I'm not sure I give any extra wins to Oakland as a result, but still... face value, it's an A grade for the Raiders. I'll give the Steelers a C-. They obtained SOMETHING for Brown who is now 30 and Schuster is a solid replacement, but it's clear they could've gotten more.
Biggest L for the Steelers is having to carry $21M in dead cap from this shit, this season. As for Brown, well he's going where receiver's careers go to damn-near die. He's a damn clown and now I have an even bigger reason to think he's a douchebag.
Steelers learned a valuable lesson here keep your negotiations private. Had their owner, coaches, and teammates kept this shit(both Bell and Brown) private and off social media i doubt any of this crap goes down or at least the Steelers organization wouldn't look as childish as Bell and Brown do had they just issued a team wide gag order when this all started.
