How big a difference is is relative to the starting point. I am well aware of the time/space continuum. The meaning behind that post was not to dwell on the past, but prepare for the future. You are right to point out that we have lost several times over the last few years. I view that there is more to learn from losing which would mean that we are more educated than ohio state. Football aside ... isn't that always the case with Michigan and ohio state. Now this conversation should be in the College Football Forum instead of wasting space on the AL Central thread.

I don't have to validate everything I say or believe through Doug ... I know you're obsessed with him, but fans can have differing opinions.

Doug is simply a mudslinger who lacks the ability (''smarts'') to back up anything he says with any type of facts, comparisons, or sports knowledge. I think you know that....thus your staying away from asking him any questions concerning reasons behind his often silly statements.

The simple question of WHY Detroit should improve in 2017 goes unanswered by him (and some other Tiger fans). All you get from him is stupid statements like, "I'd bet a couple large on the Tigers." or "Cleveland will choke." I have not seen him address even one issue the Tigers faced (face) during this winter off season. Nothing but stupid flame comments, any 10 year old can make.
