No, I'm pretty good with tOSU's season. Granted, getting shutout in the playoffs sucks, but this was supposed to be a rebuilding year after losing twelve players to the NFL last year. Still, they kicked the shit out of the Sooners in Norman, beat Michigan (again), and made the CFP.

Meanwhile, Michigan was supposed to do pretty well this year with returning all those starters. How'd their season go? With the way you're carrying on, it must have been pretty good, so what were the highlights? Your boys must have kicked some major ass in their bowl game, right? Fill me in on what happened, shine boy.

Not sure I grasp the reasoning behind this training method....unless MLB is going to adopt some strange form of New Zealand-brand cricket I am not familiar with.
In my mind, I can see Detroit's Bruce Rondon doing this exercise: and running into the screen. Although I think he could get close to "One-tinn".
