My Twins had the worst year in our history but hey there is a positive, we played in the same amount of playoff games as the Tigers.

If we don't go get some starting pitching we are gonna lose 100+ in 2017 as well...

Which is why we have to trade Dozier. This is a historically bad free agent class for starting pitching. Jeremy Hellickson is probably one of the best.

Verlander finishes #1 in strikeouts, #1 in WHIP and #2 in ERA. The Tigers scored one run or less in a Verlander start NINE TIMES this season. He really should have been near the 20-win mark. Because the WHIP and ERA aren't that far ahead of Porcello's, I fear Rick's 22 wins will carry more weight than they should in the CY voting.

I still think Britton wins it, because starters' votes will be split up all over the place.

Braves suck, but they did go 37-35 in the 2nd half (a little lucky given their -23 run differential, but still a huge improvement over the 1st half). I'm not convinced they're any worse than the Reds/Phils/Twins/A's/Padres.

They aren't good. But that's 5 out 6 series they've won. And twelve of 14 games, I think.

Go slow with doug....his understanding of sports...past win or lose...is pretty shallow.

TWICE he has told me how much CLASS Harbaugh and Michigan have and they'd never run up the score on an opponent (like OSU). Twice I have shown him the score of Michigan's first game. UM 63 - Hawaii 3.

Next year. Schedule will be tougher we are going to play tulsa. And bowling green. And have little brother and suckeyes at HOME. not on the road like this year
