I'm becoming a BIG Merrifield fan. This kid is going to stick.

I think he will stick as well. Adding that 20-25 pounds seems to have eeked him into Brock Holt territory as a MLB player. He won't be Ben Zobrist 2.0 like he has been thus far (400 babip is hilariously unsustainable) but there's little chance he's as bad as Infante is at this point.

well...i gotta say...i was right about Upton sucking and underachieving coming to the AL- but way off on how good Jordan Zimmerman has been doing.

Fullmer looks awesome too. I pikced him up in my 15 team fantasy league and in such a deep league a rookie stud like that helps a TON.


Central is tough....the Royals are coming back to the pack with their injuries and soft starting pitching....this is really ANYONE's division.

Im surprised at how well the Tribe has played without Brantley and Carrasco for much of the season. Those are DEFINITELY 2 of the top 5 guys on the tribe that they have missed all year.

Napoli and Rajai Davis are EXACTLY what Swisher and Bourne SHOULD have been....

maybe as soon as tomorrow night my focus will definitely shift to the diamond and i cant wait for a fun summer of baseball

Yeah, I've tried to temper my reaction to his production so far as obviously the league will adjust to him and his numbers will came back to earth some. But I expected that before now. His bat will still be good, or at least sufficient, and his versatility in the field (especially at 2nd) will keep him in the bigs.
