Not sure on this stat.. but I don't think the righty on righty splits are as extreme as lefty on lefty. Guys are just more used to seeing right handed pitching.... I don't know where to find the stat for league average splits.. but I wouldn't be surprised at all if right handed batters split vs right handed pitching isn't that much lower than the overall BA.

I really like the tigers chances this year. Miggy just said to the detriot free press he is healthy and strong again. Home run power will be back. You know Verlander is going to be great again. KC Just caught a break when tigers were hurt

Tigers got there winter caravan tour going on. They travel around the great state of michigan. Keeping it real with all the tiger fans ... word is. JD and tigers are far apart on a deal...JD has to have another good season for the big $$$$. Good for every one

Doug, I am hoping you actually own more than one rope, err...belt, to hold your pants up. Just a cautionary note however...don't make those ''notches'' too deep. It would be embarrassing if your belt broke, and your pants fell down, when you jumped up to cheer a pinch hit homer by Tyler Collins, at the stadium!
