I kind of look forward to the possible signing of Kyle Lohse by Detroit...for two reasons.

1. They really do need any kind of depth in their rotation they can find.

2. I can't wait to see how Vice turns Kyle Lohse, and his awful 2015 season, into a middle of the rotation star with potential.

There were prolly 30,000 students at WMU at the time.

I think attendance peaked in 01-02.(which is when Tom Collins was on the warpath.) It's under 25,000 now.

thank God its "not as serious as it sounds" because - NONDISPLACED FRACTURES IN SPINAL PROCESS sounds pretty fucking serious.....geezus...

I had a similiar injury years ago... it sucks.. but it heals in a few weeks or so and all you have to do is where a back brace.

Norris initially suffered the injury while working out in the weight room and was scratched from his start Saturday with back stiffness. He left his start Tuesday with lower back tightness and had tests done later that day before visiting a back specialist Thursday morning.

A car accident or the like was what I was hoping to hear.

give him pletny of time to recover--- a pitcher with a lingering back issue is prob a horrible thing considering they have to twist.....

its not a long term issue. as far as back injuries go.. this is about the best kind you can have.

like - did you play against him personally like same position or just teams play eachother?

back in the day i was a lefty pitcher till i destroyed my arm...my mechanics were awful though- i threw too hard- all arm...had zero flexibility

i was a point guard.. kaman was 7 ft tall when he was 16... my team played against his team a few times.. but we knew each other from the high school basketball camp scene growing up and played in a 3 on 3 basketball tournament together.
