I saw that and tend to agree with it. I'm not sure I'd rank Tribe #4...but they are the top in AL Central. White Sox next and the last three just bunched somewhere in the bottom 1/3 of the teams. Sadly for both Cleveland and Chicago....their offenses might have a hard time supporting their starting pitchers.
