Cool stat bro... It would matter if it wasn't tainted by the fact he wasn't injured at any point until the 2014 season and getting hit on the hand by a fastball last year.

He literally has spend just two trips on the DL total.

They still lost a ERA+ of 109 and didn't replace it.. They added 1 above average bullpen arm and lost 3.

The average reliever has an ERA+ well over 100 (with starters always having a worse ERA+ obviously), so Holland having a 109 ERA+ doesn't making him an above average reliever by any means.
