Contrary to popular (albeit reasonable) opinion, I don't think that Snyder is calling the shots about team operations. RR and company are fully in charge and I'm not going to give them the easy pass that comes with pointing at Snyder.

It is a known fact that as a condition upon which he accepted the job, RR wanted and got the control that he wanted. Now, if Snyder is interfering , how is it that RR and company are still here? Think about it for a moment, breach of contract is a real thing, and they all are represented, why stay unless Snyder also snatched his "man card?" If that's then the case, Rivera and Co. should not be here either as working under those conditions are untenable.

RR appears to be pretty happy in interviews, It looks as if he's still firmly in charge!

I think TB will need a lot more than a QB. Lot's of guys were just riding Tom's coat tails for the hardware. Gronk will be gone for sure. TB will need a semi-rebuild
