Have to respectfully disagree.

Timmy has had one bad start. Peavy and Cain will be back. Huddy only good for 150 IP? - how do you know?

What you call analysis looks to me like frustration, conjecture, and impatience.

We miss Pence - his bat and his leadership.

I never said Cain and/or Peavy would not be back. Neither are what they used to be, though.

Yeah, 150 IP. Did you see him last year? He hit a wall, in a pretty massive way. Dude is 38. It is not unreasonable for him to not have the same number of innings in his arm that he had when he was younger. He is still good, his inning just need to be controlled.

As I also said, though, I like this team. I think they have a chance. I am just not sure that we have the bullets in the system to be able to acquire the pieces we need to be able to do anything in the post season. If Susac and Duffy are, in fact, starting by July, than what valuable trade pieces do we have that would be able to bring in what we need in the rotation?
