Nice throw by Ehlinger.
See what I mean. The defining characteristic of Ellinger is inconsistency

WTF Ehlinger? Where did that come from?
Congrats Longhorns
They just declined to call targeting on a TCU player. That was far closer to targetingJust for the record. I hated that call on targeting. It is becoming ridiculous and the penalty is way too harsh
WHut? That was a less than mediocre pass. The receiver had more than a step, and Ehl almost gave it away

I get penalties and refs will always play a role in the game And teams need to play through them. But I hate when bad calls play a direct role in the game and on the scoreboard. That was a clear safety that took two points off the board. And we're getting penalties that are putting points on the board for Texas. I expected a loss and can respect a loss when being outplayed. But I hate seeing teams lose because of really bad officiatingCan someone explain why big 12 refs are calling the game to begin with? Might not be a rule but in out of conference matchups I thought they usually go with a crew not tied to either conference like big or sec
You cant possibly say that wasn't a safety. I expected SC to drop this game. But to say the refs didnt play a major role in the game would be foolish. So apparently SC fans are blaming the refs for their team’s suckage. Again, you guys are as bad as we are. Refs do not need to help you guys to suck even more. Relax, pretty sure you’ll still win.
He holds onto the ball too long as well. Takes forever to make reads, seems incapable of understanding the situation, and routinely misses passes

They were just discussing the two parts of the rule during the OSU/TCU game. Contact with the head and intent. I didnt see intent. The TCU hit that was allowed was far worse. It was “targeting” by the letter of the rule, but it is still an affront to football
I agree but the officials have had more of an impact than the teams. Thats what I don't like to see. That safety alone was a major swing Removing SC's top pass rusher on a collision....Its not like he left his feet. Contact happens its footballTo be fair nothing in this game has been high level. That includes the officials.

I am calm I expected a loss. I get the "jinx" thing. But you don't honestly believe that. No way SC is winning this game. Game was over after the non call on a clear safety.RobotDevil, calm down. You are going to win. Even the refs can't save us. We suck that bad. We should have been put in Division II football after the 2010 season. The funny thing is, we still wouldn't be able to complete.
