I'm not sure the Cavs have enough ammo. LeVert is an expiring contract. I'm sure other teams can offer more, is my guess

seems like a nice guy to get but cannot say I've followed him that closely. On a pretty bad team without much talent he didn't really do all that much. we sure he will give us more than Levert (other than maybe having a little more size to be a SF)?

Cap rules? That's still a thing

More specifically, apron rules. If Harden is back, they'll likely be over the 1st apron and would be hard-capped by a S&T. If they also opt&T George, they'll be over the 2nd apron and ineligible for a S&T.

this would be directed at headline/Woj not you......massive?

Nets heading into a tear down and recovering control over their 2025 and 2026 firsts is certainly pretty big IMO. Potentially Cooper Flagg big.

Pretty big? OK. But not sure I'd call it massive yet considering those picks are a little bit out (all of them).

In that scenario Hartenstein would be taking the MLE to play with the Celtics. That’s taking 50% of what OKC could pay him.
Yep.

If he takes less it will be to stay with NY because he likes what they are doing there. But, still get 15-16 mill per.

It's a trade off. LeVert is a good two-way player that can create his own shot. I would think they would want more of an upgrade than a 3-and-D player like Cam. Not much of a shot creator is the issue.

Honestly don't even think we need a shot creator to play SF. we need someone who can shoot and play D. Hunter might be a nice addition for that IMO (I guess so might Cam).

If George leaves the Clipjoint, Hoops Hype has DeMar DeRozan headed there.
