But I am saying I don't believe he will improve enough offensively to mitigate that defense.

It makes a huge difference though if he has the ball in his hands and is facilitating right? I know you saw enough of him to see the times when he got going downhill and abused other guards going to the rim. I’m excited to see him get the chance at least, and I think it says a lot about him that he recognized the situation and wanted to try for an opportunity somewhere else instead of settling for a bench role.

Nobody hasn’t said that but you are acting like he is a potential star. He has nice upside but has been underwhelming for what OKC expected of him. He is young, he can grow but a lot of kids have upside. There is some risk for Chicago considering they have little time to see him in a Bulls uniform before extending him

Atkinson makes a lot of sense honestly.

Allen and LeVert were on the Nets when Atkinson was the HC.

It just depends who you are dealing with and what they want to see. Some pretty impressive highlights could be put together for Giddey and he did have a couple months this year where he shot 40 percent from 3. It was as extreme example as I can recall of this guy doesn’t fit and isn’t needed on this team.
