OK.....and if things work out and he signs that new deal after 10 years I guess we can "look out" again. He didn’t have the option to sign in NY after the Bridges trade.
A year from now if neither team progresses?
Look out.
That is all I am saying.
Cleveland has done fine so far. Their task is not finished.
That and not giving him a blank checkHmmm….
Sounds like I was right.
Klay wanted to compensated for past achievements and wanted to be wanted by the team.
Bringing him off the bench was probably the last straw.
right...and had he stayed you could say you were still right and let's see if he demands a trade.Hmmm….
Sounds like I was right.

Not a bad idea actually.Yeah it’s pretty clear that was the plan
Duck back down and get max space for later
Not a bad idea actually.
Yeah...Honestly got a bit emotional looking at Steph Curry's IG stories right now.
Helluva a run with the Splash Bro's. Asking for more would just be greedy.

It's funny. He plays the middle ground so he can say he is never wrong technically. Like saying Mitchell could leave, even though he thought he would leave. Just like now he is saying Ant could leave and when he does---he will come back and say he is right. Well it's like no shit...anyone can leave LOLright...and had he stayed you could say you were still right and let's see if he demands a trade.
As Mecca said they won't be shitty bad but they will be in the 7-8 range next season most likely.I guess it makes sense why they didn’t want Wiggins for that.
But still….
If the Lakers want to swing for the fence they should go for Simmons
Sure but it's still funny they gave Dray all they did but didn't want to give Klay more years. The team was right
Could happen in 28 or 29. But we have 5 years of these studs in their prime. It is going to be interesting to see what happens when the Celtics are sold.
Is the new owner going to want to continue to pay the players or will he trade some of the contracts off for players that are coming off the books and draft picks?
Looks like the current owner wants to cash out and retire as an owner to avoid paying these contracts and the penalties coming.

Klay most likely has more left in the tank than Dray.
Don't worry, Simmons has always wanted to be an LA fag!The notion that players are not so much interested in going to play with the Lakers anymore has been boosted by the recent events with Klay Thompson avoiding a better contract from the Lakers and taking a lesser contract to go play in Dallas. No matter the cause, more and more, FAs are either staying with their present employer or are going elsewhere to continue their careers and given the opportunity, they are just not demonstrating any desire to play for the LA Lakers.
I agreeThey can’t be shitty bad
It won’t benefit them
They’ve made better moves on the margins this offseason than at any point during the big 2/3 era
