It's funny. He plays the middle ground so he can say he is never wrong technically. Like saying Mitchell could leave, even though he thought he would leave. It is going to be interesting to see what happens when the Celtics are sold.

Is the new owner going to want to continue to pay the players or will he trade some of the contracts off for players that are coming off the books and draft picks?

Looks like the current owner wants to cash out and retire as an owner to avoid paying these contracts and the penalties coming.

Could happen in 28 or 29. But we have 5 years of these studs in their prime.

My bet is casino money.

The notion that players are not so much interested in going to play with the Lakers anymore has been boosted by the recent events with Klay Thompson avoiding a better contract from the Lakers and taking a lesser contract to go play in Dallas. No matter the cause, more and more, FAs are either staying with their present employer or are going elsewhere to continue their careers and given the opportunity, they are just not demonstrating any desire to play for the LA Lakers.

The Clips take the deal 100% if they get Kuminga
