Things falling apart.

Former teammates just supporting each other is all I see. Doesn't matter the expense to which this message was sent. These guys wanted the Steelers to resign Hargrave when he was a FA. Don't think the message here was to slight their own team. Business vs player relationship.

For Okorafor just imagine liking a post that shows you failing at your job.
Take another look... Okorafor is making his dude kiss grass. That's a dominating snap.

So there seems to be a lot of folks against trading Heyward today.

As much as he is "a Steeler" at 33 years old and that contract it could put them in a better position next year with more picks and cap space.
Honestly indifferent about trading him because at some point soon they will need to replace him.

And yet no coaches will be held accountable.

I'd hate trading Cam, but yet support it.

Either side of the fence you stand, if they trade Cam then its officially tank season. We know its a rebuild year, but I just don't see Tomlin willing to let go of 'his guy' (practically his right hand man) nor does he want to blow up the lockerroom. Heyward is 1 of the only remaining vocal leaders in that locker room. Losing him will hurt both sides of the ball. And any semblance of the "steeler way" would dissipate.

All that said... If someone offered a 2nd I wouldn't say no. If they aren't going to make a change at OC, then this team is going nowhere. Meaning whatever thought process or plan they might have next offseason should be weighed now. Any good GM would already have those chess moves devised, and simply needs to cut some outcome strands when the time comes.

See if the Colts can do it....

Comparing the Colts with Steelers:

Colts:
30th in ppg (16.1)
15th in total offense (4th in tot passing yds, 27th in tot rushing yds)
18th in ypg (339.4)
16th in 3rd dwn completion % (40.4%)
17th in yards per pass att (6.9)
29th in rush yds per att (3.7)

By comparison...

Steelers:
32nd in ppg (15.0)
27th in total offense (23rd in tot passing yds, 24th in tot rushing yds)
28th in ypg (298.8)
28th in 3rd dwn completion % (33.6%)
32nd in yards per pass att (6.0)
26th in rush yds per att (4.0)

Shit man... Colts OC would be a big upgrade over Canada lol

Oh yeah he did his specific job but in reality the o-line as a whole failed. :D

Devin Bush mode activated for Jackson.

Note: yeah I know he is in zone coverage but still is funny.

Great day yesterday, good food, good booze and the Steelers didn’t lose…..
Indeed! Ate lots of game meat yesterday lol. White Tail sausages for breakfast, and elk steaks for dinner. Didn't dip into the booze though, on account of how hard I hit it Friday... But I did partake in a Coors Light.
