I swear he gets some sort of reputation of being good in pass coverage for ONE pick 6 a few years ago.
He just needs an airheaded opposing QB to forget which color of jersey he's throwing to...
Seriously let him go. And by seasons end I wouldn't really mind if they restructure Mitch at a lower cap hit for a few more years as Kenny's clip board holder. Too bad Mitch won't want that as he still thinks he can be a full time starter in the NFL.
This. We can at least THINK that Mitch could benefit from a different coordinator. He still shows flashes of decent upside. Mason... yea that ship set sail. Only point to keeping him around is insurance in the event of injuries.

Lol Tomlin's presser today... Yikes. Basically saying it's mainly the defense that needs to step up...

Welp.... I'm not going to watch that shit anymore. Probably won't again this season.

Remember how Tomlin earned all that respect back in 2019? Yea thats pretty much gone now.

Turnovers or no, they held the Dolphins to 16 points. That is a positive day and an offense should be able to cover that.

Not according to Tomlin... He thinks his defense could have won them the game, and they need to create more short-field opportunities every week.

Oh and he's "not there yet" on making changes to the offense. lol

I'm ready to hear about someone punching Matt Canada out in the locker room after a game.

Philly will be the perfect place for that to happen.

Trying to put ANY blame on the Defense here is horseshit.

Steelers (15.3) are one of two teams that is under 16 offensive ppg on the season so far. Only Denver is worse at 14.3.

If the defense holds a team to 16 points, they did their job.

So today is decision day for Calvin Austin. I haven't heard anything, so I have a feeling he is staying on IR all season.

What possible use could we have with a track star that can blow the top off a defense?

Welp… Austin is on IR all season now.
According to Dulac he suffered a setback on his foot he injured in camp... Scheduled to undergo surgery.

But is it just me, or is that situation seem fishy? Like why didn't they divulge that last week or prior? Seems like a pretty damn easy thing to say if it really was the issue. CA3 had an interview a week or 2 ago and said he was healthy & ready to play. Then Canada claims he's too far behind & doesn't know where he fits into the offense. Alex Kozora said he was practicing yesterday.

Doesn't sound like he had a "setback". Seems more like they just didn't want to let go of 1 of their roster spots so they decided to stash him on IR & claim it was his foot. Even if it was nagging him, it clearly wasn't preventing him from playing.
