Pretty shitty timing given they just signed him to a $20m extension. Part of the game to deal with adversity though. Hope he's healing up ok & its not like he's burning a hole in the roster by keeping 2 kickers onboard for a few weeks while he gets healthy.Yeah probably not good. I think he is the kicker the rest of the way. No need to push Boswell back this season.
At this point i dont care. Its a learning season….see what u have in guys…im encouraged tomlin may sit najeeWell shit. Guess that puts an end to the optimism, but probably the right call.
Glad to have Kazee back finally. Should see more 3-safety sets now. Hopefully that means less Maulet.

This is so damn perfect… And it keeps getting better every time I watch it
Have to wonder if Tomlin overruled the medical staff…^ facepalm for Jackson to IR after one practice.
Lol. Well I doubt a conditional 6th that is 2 years down the road is going to even be remembered. But this makes it easier to digest given the Commanders we’re going to release him anyway.Steelers get commanders pick and Jackson, don't have to give a pick in return. Basically got Jackson and pick for paying for cap space for W.
Between the Bears and Steelers I hope both teams lose out.
Exactly. Talent can cover up a lot of issues, but it won’t solve them. Also veteran talent. They just don’t have the experience that can also help cure a lot of woes.Between the Bears and Steelers I hope both teams lose out.
If so the Steelers could have a top 5 pick in the 1st round and two top 5 picks in the second round. This is really uncharted territory for this team and truly could get some talent that could turn it around in one/two seasons.
Well turning it around really falls on the onus of Tomlin and the coordinators at that point, if Canada is still around this team will never win.
