Trubisky is wildin' today... Must be feelin the heat from Pickett

Pickett's first preseason game was wild.....against backups and 3rd stringers but damn.....

So. I'm just gonna say it. I think Pickett has won this job. The only thing making it not painfully obvious is that Trubisky hasn't lost the job. He looks good. But if Pickett is your future and he plays like this, it should be his job.

That said. Kind of hoping that they stay conservative and keep Tubisky in there so they don't OMG THEY KILLED KENNY.

Yup, let Mitch start and see how things go, I don't see the need to throw Kenny into the fire considering how bad the OL appears to be......If Mitch struggles, then give Kenny a shot......

Anyone else really hoping that both Mason Rudolph & Devin Bush get traded this week?

• Aug. 23: By 4:00 p.m. ET teams must reduce their active rosters to 80 players.
• Aug. 30: By 4:00 p.m. ET teams must reduce their active rosters to 53 players.

Time is running out to get something from these guys, and hopefully improve the damn OL. Either happens today or it probably won't happen

Seriously they could have drafted Skylar Thompson also but took Oladokum just to waive him today.
Granted he will most likely end up on the Steelers PS anyway.

Avery is a surprise. Many thought he was a lock for OLB depth. Now the depth there looks crazy thin.

Well I think I said it back after the draft that keeping all 3 is still very cheap considering how little they paid Trubisky.

Still doesn’t appear to be the scenario they wanted. I’m keeping my fingers crossed they are shopping Mason, Green & Bush really hard right now.
