I dont think its really worth having a $20m WR for any team. Its one of the least important positions to have an elite player, its a nice to have really.

10% of the cap for WR, 25% for a QB. Leaves not a lot for the rest of the team.

Salaries kept going up even when there was a massive cutback on the Cap. The players didn't take any of that blow the Teams did and it once again diluted talent on teams and you got 30% of the League operating over the Cap.

Hawks have 40 mill in dead cap money also and still have 35+ million to spend.

Ugh, I'm glad Frank is staying in KC. By every metric I've looked at (statistical, PFF, eye test) Frank hasn't been the same player in KC as he was here, and I still don't know why he keeps getting sent to the Pro Bowl.
