He was charged with nothing and doesn't appear to have violated any team rules. Therefore, no reason to suspend him. It's also a bad look to punish someone when they've done nothing wrong.

And as of now, there is no evidence that he was "directly involved in a murder". If there was he would have been arrested and charged.

Awfully hard to make the case that he “did nothing wrong”.

Yes, he definitely did something wrong.

If your kid is sitting at home and receives a text about bringing a gun to a friend at a bar…

Are you going to tell him to go ahead?

Clearly nothing wrong there!

First off, he'sover 18, so he's an adult.

2nd, there was no crime commited and appears to be no school, team or NCAA violation.

So, nothing to punish him for unless something comes out that says he knew Miles was going to commit a crime or that he knew he was bringing the gun to an already heated situation.

If you have evidence of any of that, then I'm sure the DA, police, etc. would love to see it.

Has JB Bickerstaff watched NBA basketball like ever?
He has the pieces to get to the line with the speed of Garland Mitchell and LaVert. Reminded last night that he’s not a great game day coach. He may be solid developmentally for players. Cavs fans would have to rule on that. I saw a team that had a great advantage last night with dribble drive and they really didn’t exploit it the way they should have.

So awesome to read how many of you fellas like to cook.

Looking forward to the Tourney.

Would love to see Houston win it all.

But, I have University of Arizona.

This is my favorite sports time of the year.

Didn't fill out bracket this year, didn't watch enough CCB this season.

Just someone beat dook.

I just wanna see an exciting tourney from start to finish.

It’s the optics for most.

In this climate of mass shootings, people are just sick of the senseless gun violence.

A woman is dead.

She likely would not be had he not delivered that gun.

I personally believe a crime was committed.

But, what I believe, and what can be proven, are two different things.

@Mecca

One thing I forgot to mention. Hell yeah to the home cooking. Not a big fan of going out to eat. Gonna be grilling some wild caught salmon for dinner tonight.

And no one is saying send him to jail. Playing basketball is a privilege though, not a right, especially at at a State funded institution.
