Interesting... The rookies & their agents have zero leverage though. Guess they are just hoping that these GM's & owners begin to feel generous as camps draw near.

I honestly didn't think base salaries were negotiable for rookies. "Slotted" contract values are based on draft position and were set by the CBA back in like... 2011 or 2012? Back when rookies like Sam Bradford were bending over franchises.
