Just got naked and did another sim-mock draft.

24. Tevin Jenkins
55. Landon Dickerson
87. Trey Sermon

Easy-peasy. Running game fixed. The Steelers should just let me do this thing.
Colbert says you can run it so long as you sit in the war room nekkid, by yourself.

He'll put down a towel on your chair for you.

Lol.

They'll probably draft him in the third then tell everyone they had a first round grade on him.
Reminds me of a certain someone... A reindeer.

Can't say his name because people got upset with me for sayin Trask was his clone.

Cutting someone on a rookie contract is one of the dumbest things to do.
I don't have time anymore to waste on guys that aren't mature enough to keep themselves out of trouble off the field, especially if they haven't performed on the field to out-shadow their off the field BS. Been there, done that multiple times just in the last 2-3 years and I have no more fucks to give anymore. Grow up or get the fuck out. Simple as that.

What has Diontae Johnson done off the field to get himself in trouble?

Sorry, thought you meant Layne. It's what he hasn't done on the field which is catch the damn ball. 6.5% drop rate in 2019, 9% in 2020. It's on the rise and in a bad way. If his drop rate increases this year I will find it very hard to want to keep him, which is already at a low point right now.

Final 2021 Mock Drafts:

NFL Nation (ESPN) - Najee Harris, RB from Alabama
Charles Davis (NFL.com) - Najee Harris, RB from Alabama
ElevenWarriors.com - Najee Harris, RB from Alabama
Will Brinson (CBS Sports) - Jaelen Phillips, EDGE from Miami (FL)
Bucky Brooks (NFL.com) - Jamin Davis, LB from Kentucky
Ben Linsey (PFF.com) - Greg Newsome II, CB from Northwestern
Benjamin Albright (PFN.com) - Jaelen Phillips, EDGE from Miami (FL)
Vinnie Iyer (Sporting News) - Najee Harris, RB from Alabama

I don't fully agree with RB in the first round. I want a top OL guy. But I can't say that I would be upset with Harris. Dude is a beast.

Ok. So im gonna finally reveal what i hope happens. It will not happen.

i hope fields slides and we somehow land him, via trade or falling into our lap.

i realize he has some flaws, some of his locked reads were systemic if you dig deeper, but certainly not all. Im on board big time.

side note. Steelers twitter will explode if harris is there and hes not the pick.

The casual fan see bad running game and thinks "need RB". It's not that simple lol.

I would be on board with any of the top five QB sliding down to us. Just don't see it though.

It's for 1-year, and he is the incumbent backup.

Whatever he is slated to make, I'm sure it wouldn't protect him from being a camp cut.

How do we not pick JOK if he's still at 24?

Through 2022 still wouldn’t guarantee him past this season. Let’s hope none of it is guaranteed.
