If it helps, before i changed to the Rams, i had the Titans over the Cards. Titans had the #3 offense (if i remember), its a home game for them, and they added Julio Jones.
I still might pick them and save the Rams for another week.

That game is like 60-65% win for the Titans. I think you need to get a lot better odds in week 1 of a survivor pool.

Titans will play some pretty bad teams. Save them for later.

How about the Browns pulling a surprise party at Kansas City?

KC's O-Line is completely brand new and all of them are older vets. Browns gave the Chiefs a hell of a game in the playoffs last year and just might be motivated enough to beat the living shit out of them to kick off 2021.

Why though?

Why choose the Bills against 1 of the better teams on their schedule.

Yeah, I think the Bills will win.

But I also think it is a pretty bad survivor pick. If you are going to gamble on a close game, do it on 1 where 2 bad teams are playing.

There are much better spots to use the Bills.

According to ESPN's eliminator percentages, this is the highest with 31%.
I went with this too.

In year's past, I too wanted to hold on to some of the stronger plays for later in the season.
But I never lasted long playing weaker options.
IMO it is best to just use up the strong plays now while they are strong.
Even strong teams get stung by injuries.
Other teams will get hot later on in the season too (which will help at just the right time).

The only thing that can mess you up is the unforeseen upset.
Like the Bears beating the Bucs last year.
