56% corsi and 59% of the xG. I think that's the first game the Flyers have won either of those this season.

I thought we controlled the neutral zone a lot better than we have been and thought that was key.

Along with Farabee sniping every shot he took.

I thought Myers looked very good in his second game back.

Braun looked like a snail out there as Andres Lee just blew past him for their tying goal.

Rags put Anthony Deangelo on waivers yesterday and he is pretty good. It would be nice if we could fit him under the cap and claim him.

I thought our D did a shitty job marking up Islanders standing in front of the net. Lee could have played 5 minute shifts out there with the lack of physicality on him.

LAS -- Ignore this sentence.
It is obvious even to me that the league has no respect for the Flyers ability to play with any physical pushback. We will constantly battle injuries as opponents take shots at our players knowing there will be no retribution.

BUT, I am very happy with 15 points 10 games into the season

I really thought Patrick was gone for the season when he hit the boards and didnt get up.
I've thought he was gone since game 2, dude has been almost invisible and looks like he's def dragging down his line mates.

Agree im hoping he gets better as the season goes on as he missed all of last season.

I grade him as he could be better but he also could be worse.

I would also like to add he is a righty shooting defenseman which we could certainly use.

I hope he gets better, so far I've seen him regress but like you said he missed all of last year, maybe he needs a break.

He had a fist fight with the goalie afterr they lost to Pitt the other night. Take a look check out his stats and he is no Puss.
This is from an article I read, and I agree the Rags would def ha very to sweeten the pot.

A much better option would be to try to find a taker for DeAngelo in a trade. They would probably need to sweeten the pot by picking up the maximum 50% of his salary. That would still represent a $2.15 million salary cap savings. If they are looking to trade him, that would be one reason why there was no suspension.

With that said who do you trade?

Although i like him and his play i think they would accept Haag and we would get the better player plus a right handed d man.

Don’t know the guy. Wouldn’t want a rotten personality in the locker room.

If what I'm reading is true, he's not a locker room cancer, I would assume he and said goalie had different perspectives and I'm sure some stuff was said in the heat of the moment and reactions were had. I searched and couldn't find anything that suggest this is a norm.

Are you saying the team leaders on our team are bad at leading and cant handle a situation? If you are i would agree but at this point i would think Deangelo would be looking to be on his best behavior
