It's a beautiful thing, but if the kid has that great of a shot, why don't we see it more often for God's sake!? We've been badly outshot almost every game. Let that sucker fly!!

Which is ridiculous because we're mostly cruising along 3 on 3, give us an extra man and it's like "omg wtf are we doing!?!" for about 20 seconds.
how about JvR? I have been waiting for this kid to show off his scoring touch. I hope he keeps it going.
Not angry really, just realistic. I'm sadden by things such as TK being sat out for lack of effort and then coming back the next game and showing very little effort. I'm a little disappointed in the fact that we chose to fill a huge defensive hole with 3 journeyman AHL/NHLer's and then try to say we're true cup contenders. If they were gonna go the route they did, they should have bundled up whatever they had and tried to obtain someone good. I mean we kept Morin and Hagg. Those 2 alone aren't any worse then Braun, Gus and Prosser and much cheaper. We've beaten teams that are rebuilding and young and growing. The Isles are def not the same team from last year, but alot of those wins have been shaky and lucky. Boston showed us what happens when you take periods off. Real teams will expose that every time. Just a lot of missing elements that could have been fixed and weren't that will be our undoing in the end.
