I read an article at ESPN which stated there a two counts of 1st degree misdemeanor. An arrest warrant will be created but it similar to a traffic ticket, Kraft does not even need to appear in court his lawyer can handle it all.

At this point he just claim no contest and pay the fine

I watch the movie "Pretty Woman" and I think it's okay. You watch it and think Julia Roberts is the most beautiful thing since nature created the rose. You see an incredible smile, I see a big mouth with a bunch of very white teeth.

That's why lawyers make so much money. People can't agree on anything.

Supposedly there are 105 men on video at the spa. As of yesterday, the only one charged with any 'crime' is Robert Kraft. I'm not saying Kraft didn't do anything, I'm saying that the Florida authoriuties are using Kraft as their linchpin for this entire sting. My point is simply this.....if it's a misdemeanor, why couldn't they have contacted him quietly and explained that trhey had a video of him at the spa soliciting a known prostitute and the the State of Flodida has been taping activities for 8 months. The fine is $5000 and he can pay it or contest it in court on whatever date. NO, they couldn't do that because someone is a Dolphin fan and Patriot hater and embarassing Kraft is payback for nearly fifty years of football frustration since the 'fins went undefeated.

Kraft made a bad decision and it it's illegal in Florida. Personally, I've done a hell of a lot worse but none the less, Kraft is s public figure and he's paying a much higher price than the other 104.

Personally, I think he should have said he was wrong, he should have gone to Las Vegas where buying a piece of ass is legal and he won't spend ass money in Florida again. My bad, have a good day. Oh yeah. Media is banned from Gillette Stadium, have a good day.

I was actually just more messing with BK on that. I have not nor do I wish to see the tape of that happening to Mr. Kraft. The police reports though are public of what is on the tapes and I doubt they would lie about what is seen. They at some point would have to produce the video evidence to back it up so no reason to lie about it.

Kraft is not the only one who has been charged, just the only one who's a celebrity. The "higher price" he's paying is the cost of that celebrity, not some nefarious plot to make only him look bad. Whatever price he's paying in personal embarassment is nothing compared to the price the victims of this trafficking ring have paid. If his embarassment causes even one regular dude to pass on the opportunity to ignorantly support human trafficking through soliciting prostitution, and raises the profile of this case sufficiently to help catch the scum running the ring, that's an infinitesimally small price for him to have to pay.

How many men that go into these places even consider the fact that one or more of the girls is there against her will or being forced into that line of work? The girls are all smiling and friendly and appear to the unkowing 'john' that she is here of her own free will because she's making a hell of a lot more money in the spa that she could at Burger King. My guess is that 99% of the guys that walk through the front door have no idea what goes on other than he pays for service with a woman who is prettier than any girl he's ever dated, or will do more things than any girl he's ever dated.

Do you really give a shit about the way that steer was butchered before a steak is placed on your plate? We really don't care about much of anything until it affects us.

Carefully read the Police Report. Be a defense lawyer for just one or two minutes.

Kraft walked in the front door. Handed some money to an Asian woman at the front desk. He was then escorted to a private room. He undressed laid face up on a magssage table. A woman whose name is blacked out, fondled Robert Kraft. The report now says that her head was "near" the "area" for several minutes. She then wiped his genitals with a clean white cloth. He got dressed, handed her a hundred and another unidentifiable bill and left. Went out, got into a Bentley and left.

He didn't pay for the woman's services in the room, he paid some money to the woman out front. For what? Prove what he gave her money for. He got a genital massage and the woman put her head near his genitals. Wa she talking to his testicles? He gave her money after she wiped him with a clan white cloth. The report is very graphic for some things and less graphic about others. A really top notch lawyer could have a field day with the report.

He's also going to ask for the copy of the court order for the cameras. There were at least 5 cameras in that building. one in the parking lot, one at the entrance, at least one in the maggageroom where Kraft was serviced. How the hell did the police get all of these cameras into place without someone on the inside knowing or at least seeing them install them?

I'm not defending Kraft or saying he's innocent. He's not a victim. He's an old fart that wanted to get things taken care of and made a really bad choice about the place he got it done.

But hell yeah first time DUI 90 Days and you are picking up trash. Second time loss of license one year, if caught driving 5 year suspension 6 months lock up. Third time 5 years
