The signings of Moncrief and Nelson are pretty solid pickups.
So far the resigning of the players have been positive, except McCullers I have no clue but I guess his cap hit goes away if cut?

Also it looks like Jordan Berry is their punter for two more years.

Yep it is the same boat as the Falcons with Beasley. Not enough talent out there.

But I think of it as mutually exclusive. Because they don’t need to tender him to bring him back but that is a gamble.

Exactly...Vic did have one great season and Bud's never had anything great...plus I think he was a top 10 pick so I can see ATL sticking with him more than PIT sticking with Dupree.

IMO Beasley is a 34 OLB playing DE in a 43. I'd swap players in a heartbeat. With his speed and talent, I think you can scheme him to 8-9 sacks a yr in a 34. Bud is athletic, but not as twitchy.

We can hope...with JJ gone, I think Grimble will get more targets this yr...his make or break season imo.

I don't know if they can trust Grimble to block in-line with the run game as well as JJ did. Vance probably could, but he's more explosive to the offense as a receiver.

I like Grimble, but he's better suited in spread sub-package roles or bunch sets with his hand in the dirt.

I'd be interested in TE Maxx Williams. Steelers were once VERY interested in drafting that kid back in 2015. He's only 25 years old and should be very inexpensive to bring in.

i keep seeing TE. BUt vance is the receiver. X can block. THey dont need a big name tight end...........just some depth....If we kept JJ everyone woudl say we were fine, and were talking about jesse james, he didnt really do much for us.......we can find someone like that late in the draft or UDFA or a low low profile FA
