Missed a lot...guessing we at least know it's not rigged, right?
Who am I kidding. Conspiracy Guy will conspiracy.

Much better at what? Scoring/shooting, sure.
Yep....I nailed it.Yeah, what about the Lakers??????????? Once again the NBA helps Lebron. Total fucking bs
No doubt...I get they want to get rid of tanking, but really what can teams in our market do to get a megastar?Well....
that fucking sucked.
Reason #1 why he will be looking to get out of LA is the fact, he didn’t even make the playoffs this past year.
Reason #2 he isn’t young anymore and only has a few years left to chase a title and that is all that LeBron is worried about — see jumping ship from Cleveland to Miami, back to Cleveland and now to LA.
Reason #3 the coach is gone, Magic Johnson is gone and LA has no direction on where they are going. They have a hodge podge of players — none of them who fit the mold of what LeBron needs to succeed.
Reason #4 the big FA class seems to be rumored going everywhere but to the Lakers. So who knows if LA is able to sign a player, though I’ve heard rumors of Kyrie to LA, but unless LA could dump Ball on another team — it’s make no sense.
And I don’t know where ‘butthurt’ came from — I am just pointing out facts. If LAL was a contender in the West — James wouldn’t want to go anywhere. If they are unable to get one of the top FA’s to sign with them — James will be demanding a trade ASAP. He won’t be wasting the last couple years missing the playoffs or being fodder for the top teams in the West. No chance.
Where did you read that? That would mean that trades couldn't happen until free agency since the trade deadline for the 2018-2019 season was in April.

It's definitely possible but takes more luck than skill. GS needed a team to take 2 PGs before Curry went.Draft well and hope to get lucky. All 3 of GS's picks weren't in the top 5 (dray, curry and klay). The Cavs could get the best player at 5 when it is all said and done, not likely, but you never know.
I mean they got Sexton at 8. He had a damn good rookie year.

Ball's been below average thus far. I'd take the prospect of what Garland/White could be over what Ball could be based on his 2 years in the league.
NBA Offseason Trade Restrictions
League site doesn't show an official end of season date, just a beginning of season date, which would indicate that the season ends officially on June 30th and the new season opens on July 1st, the first day of free agency.

Best player may be a stretch. Very valuable player, sure. We are talking about the Zion draft after all.

Yeah we wont know until we see them on the court, like I said not likely, but it's possible. A guy like Kawhi developed and became the best player in a loaded 2011 draft and he was at 15. Obviously all drafts are different but you really just never know.
I will say Deandre Hunter reminds me a lot of Kawhi Leonard.
All the guys you mentioned, I think only Lillard is capable of being the #1 guy on a title team. A few others maybe if you had 2 guys like them.Yeah well part of drafting is lucky. Most of the time you aren't going to get the pick right, in any sport. I mean Klay was at 11. It takes skill to scout players but unless they are a sure #1 destined to be a star, gotta have a little luck.
If the Cavs make the right pick at 5 they can get an All-Star caliber player. There are gems/underrated players in every draft, almost every one, it's just about finding them, especially at 5. Some drafts are just better than others.
Players not in top 5 or at 5 in recent drafts
2018 draft - Sexton at 8, SGA at 11
2017 draft - Mitchell at 13 (AS caliber), Kuzma at 27, Derrick White at 29
2016 draft - Hield at 6, Murray at 7, LeVert at 20
2015 draft - Booker at 13
2014 draft - Randle at 7 (he is becoming a nice player)
2013 draft - McCollum at 10, Giannis at 15 (star)
2012 draft - Lillard at 6 (star),
2011 draft - Kemba at 9, Klay at 11, Kawhi at 15 (star), Vucevic at 16, Tobias Harris at 19, Butler at 30
2010 draft - Cousins at 5, Hayward at 9, PG at 10 (star)
