Summary of the leaks from last night..

Sergei Bobrovsky - likely taking his talents to South Beach, possibly seven years and a $10 mil AAV
Joe Pavelski - rumored to be signing with Dallas for three years at a $7 mil AAV.
Mats Zuccarello - possibly heading to Minnesota for five years and $30 mil
Matt Duchene - signing for Nashville (as has been projected all along) seven years, $8 mil AAV, modified NTC as a bonus for taking the salary shave (whereas in Montreal, Duchene would have likely wanted at least $10 mil)
Brett Connolly - around $3.5 M AAV on a four year deal with Florida
Corey Perry - heading to the Stars on a one-year deal. Expectation is a $1.5 million salary with performance bonuses attainable.
Cam Talbot - one year deal with Calgary for $2.75 million
Joonas Donskoi - Colorado, AAV between $3 and $4 million
Richard Panik - Washington, four years at $2.5-$2.8 million per
Jordie Benn and Tyler Myers - Vancouver bound

Panarin - as has been the case all along, looking at Florida or NY (Isles or Rangers). Reportedly turning down huge offers from CBJ and Colorado (12M+ per year)

Mike Russo reported on Sunday that the Flyers are the front-runner to sign veteran Wild defenseman Nate Prosser, an impending unrestricted free agent, to a two-year, two-way contract. With eight defensemen currently on the NHL roster, if the Flyers signed Prosser, it would appear that his role would be to go the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms and be available as a callup option.

Minnesota guy through and through. Only reason I can see why they would buy Schlemko out and sign this guy.

Considering the number of people around the league who just don't think much of Fletcher...and the fact that TK and Provorov remain unsigned....I am really finding it hard to even be enthused about Free Agent Frenzy.

I don't see anything happening unless it is to further muddy the waters. I actually am starting to miss Clarke and Homer.
Nothing can happen for us because we shot our load last week and picked up 9 million in salary with Nisky and Braun as well as retaining salary from Gudas. Although we did save 1 million on the Hartman trade. Not a huge fan so far.

Wouldve been nice to sign Pavelski 3 years at 7 per.

That was my thought when it came out as well. Little risky with him being 34, but a risk I would've taken I think.

I didn't think he'd leave SJ though.

Supposedly, Rubtsov has bulked up some. Maybe he goes 4C and Laughton goes to 3RW.

Ya, definitely some good reviews of his dev camp. If he comes around and turns in to a useful NHL player that'd be pretty cool. Personally, I had kind of written him off.

I think if the move someone up to the 3rd line though, it'll be Raffl. Just a hunch though.

I personally would rather have had Pavelski for 3 years instead of 7 years of Hayes.

I think I would too, though it's not a slam dunk to me. Hayes will be 34 at the end of his deal. It would go against the grain if Pavelski stayed productive at 35, 36, 37.

And I really am intrigued about the size the Flyers have down the middle now. And if they put out a line of Lindblom/JvR, Hayes, and Voracek. That's a real tough line to play against and get the puck from. They should have the puck in the offensive zone a lot, they could really wear teams down. They're obviously not bruisers, but that's a lot of mass to deal with along the boards and in front of the net.

I really think you are overestimating the ability of those three players.

Pens apparently getting Tanev for 4 or 5 years.

I love watching Rutherford ruin the Pens.

Minnesota Wild: Sign F Ryan Hartman (2 year, $3.8M). I still think that's a lot for him. Time will tell.

Rags - Artemi Panarin (7 years, $81.5M). That's a lot of bread right there.
