Looking at his Stats 15ppg is not a huge leap...its barely a hop.


But, You may need to temper expectations with KCP.

He got 12-13 shots a game in Detroit.

Maybe he gets more with the Lakers playing with a pass first guy.

But, he is more of a Ronde Hollis-Jefferson, Michael Kidd-Gilchrest kinda player.

I don't think you want him as your #3 behind Brooke and Ingram.

* See the Pistons when he was a 4th or 5th option

He needs to guard the guys that Lonzo can't. Any scoring he provides is just the cherry on top.

Even if you knock a few ppg off that to 13, it's not bad for a starting lineup and Clarkson will be the first guy off the bench and give them 13-14ppg as their 6th man. I expect Walton to rotate guys in and out to keep the starters fresh.

I think you need to keep Randle until you get a Pg, Lebron or whomever.

KCP is a much better shooter than Hollis-Jefferson and Gilchrest.

Also.. Lonzo's jumpshot seems a little iffy. Pretty easy to block and not consistent imo.

The Lakers didn't draft him to score.

He might never be a good shooter.

But, his passing ability is elite.

There is no reason he can't go the way of J Kidd.
