Williams is going to Oakland
Better than Sims IMO.
I'd do it if I were the Saints. Bucs, not so much. If the team isn't ready to win it all in the next year or two, giving up the future to make 2 playoff appearances isn't worth it.Hearing Brees to Tampa for overall no 1 pick??

Bradley Fletcher. Could be a great #2 to Slay for the next several years. Browner is a legit #2 CB as well. He can really jam and press. I'd be fine with Tramon Williams, he's not a bad CB (used to be damn good), but in all honestly Mathis has been the much better CB the last two years. I'd take one more year out of him like his last two than I would two more out of Williams like his last two seasons...I think I would go with Tramon Williams at CB at this point and try to get two years out of him. He might be cheaper than Browner. If they got Blaylock, I wouldn't even draft a o-lineman unless it was a guy who would take over the LT spot.
I'm not sure I agree that William's coverage has been on par with Mathis' the last two years. Williams used to be really good, but he's fallen off over the last 3 years (ish). He's still a capable starter, but Mathis has been a legit top-20 CB since he's been with us, and Williams hasn't matched that level of play...I like all three. I just like that Williams knows how to find the ball. Between him and Mathis, I think coverage is about the same but Williams offers a slight upgrade due to age and playmaking ability.
