I am right there with you. Kari is a bit mentally fragile and prone to terrible lapses. Not Saying Enroth is a top tier guy in this league, but he doesn't get rattled and is very consistent comparatively.

Don't forget that this is the guy that coached Enroth for most of his career. I'm sure Lindy is totally comfortable pulling the switch if necessary.

Chicago, St. Louis, LA Kings, Detroit & Boston. Those are the teams I think could make it work. That's about it. The coach has to be tough, no nonsense & Kane must know the coach has the okay from management to do what he feels needs to be done.

Well, I don't think they would look to Kane for mentorship as Giordano carries a ton of weight in the room. Also, Sean Monahan is mature beyond his years and wouldn't put up with any crap from Evander.
