Haven't seen/heard squat about him. But I thought last season he did a very nice job of learning on the fly, broadcasting wise.

And I would think he could certainly help with the tutoring of Chirinos too.

I will, more than likely, be coming alone, so it matters not so much too me one way or the other. Only speaking for me though. And candidly, if someone wants to bring someone that's up to them really.

But food for thought, why don't ya kind of wait and see what sincere interest, response you get and go from there?

That was my plan, but I wanted to bring the subject up before we got too deep into it. I could see it going either way as far as whether my wife would want to come, but I'd think it would be awkward for her sharing a suite with a bunch of people she has zero connection to.

I've sent an email to my friend about the suite. It's actually a very good friend of my friend, and frankly, I've never even met the lady. Just know she's come through for us on getting some nice tickets over the years. So we'll see what transpires.

Put this into the "for whatever it's worth" category. But I've set some of these group get-togethers before and ended up eating more cash than I intended. So, IMO, you can judge anyone's/everyone's sincere interest if they're willing to un-ass a check up front. Giving a date to commit and put a little down payment down isn't unfair to all parties IMO.

I thought after my last post that maybe I should have added children as well. I think we could all keep it clean and respectful if kids were there. In my case at least until after the game and I am always on my best behavior before 11 pm. No promises after midnight. Kidding obviously
