I think the biggest scumbag out off all this is Selig. He wants to hang his hat on MLB having the strictest testing rules of any pro sport, but was willing to turn a blind eye when it was filling stadiums after the strike.

I just have a hard time damning the players when MLB spent a decade practically encouraging PED use. Even now players are rewarded with huge pay days after admissions of guilt.

Baseball - the game - benefited enormously by all this butt-shot cheating. The individual teams made a boat load of money. The GM's/ownership, and especially the managers all get a hall pass on this crap. It's all on the players.

What's justice is that from when TEX traded him to NYY in 2004 up to the instant Feliz struck ARod out in the 2011 ALCS TEX paid him their share of his $125mil contract without his PT on their behalf ... but since the instant of that strikeout going on through the end of 2017 NYY will be paying him a much larger number without another team sharing in the cost ... without getting his PT on their behalf.
