Got back from Christmas shopping what fun. Two cars decide to occupy the same spot during rush hour on the I-90 near the I-190 interchange and BOTH cars burst into flames diverting traffic off of the I-90 East on to congested William St to even more congested Union Rd, The rubberneckers on the I-90 West turn that into a parking lot.
Stores were packed with every idiot on the planet (except me), my credit cards still smoking, no not from the fire from little (slide here) machines. Stopped and had a fast shitty dinner.... I need a drink !!

Just watched the Caps@Flyers game - was at the Wild game that happened at the same time as the Flyer one. If it were up to me, I'd give Wilson 5 games There are TWO dangerous things that happen on this play.
#1 - Wilson charges Schenn and nails him head first into the boards. True, Schenn turned his back, but I don't know that that really mitigates the charging aspect. Schenn ends up injured on the play.
#2 - The only reason WILSON wasn't injured on the play was because Schenn took away all his momentum. If he misses that hit he might have gone three rows deep into the crowd. Kid looked like he was trying to set a new speed skating record.

The NHL added yet another name to the growing list of suspended players this season on Wednesday.
Pittsburgh Penguins defenceman Deryk Engelland was suspended five games by the NHL for an illegal hit to the head on Detroit Red Wings forward Justin Abdelkader on Saturday.
In the first period of the Penguins' 4-1 victory over the Red Wings, Engelland landed a shoulder to the head of Abdelkader as he was cutting across the ice.
Engelland was given a five-minute major and ejected from the game with a match penalty for the illegal hit.
Abdelkader struggled to get back to his feet and had to be helped off the ice by his teammates, he did not return to the game.
