With as many 2 TE sets the Niners run I had an idea:
College teams tend to convert bigger TEs into tackles (like Joe Staley). The niners should keep their eyes out for extremely athletic tackles (maybe on teh smaller side) and convert one into a TE.
I wonder if the Raidas would be interested in trading Bruce Campbell...
TE's who can't catch are the ones converted to OT. 'smaller side' OT's would be TE's if only they could catch the ball.
Jeffrey from that highlight doesn't have burning speed but he knows how to use his body to block the DB, and seems his concentration is spot on. One handed grabs are athletic- even while being held ie Bama game. I wouldn't be upset but we need speed opposite Crab. The idea of pairing him at TE w/ Davis ala Walker would be intriguing! Some real creative potential there.
I'm not sure how I would feel about them spending a 1st round pick on a red zone player?

Look at this, he looks terrible. He might need to try to pack on about 25 lbs of muscle to become a playmaking te. The way he moves won't ever work at wr in the NFL.
