Did you come to that conclusion all by yourself? You realize if Buffalo was in the NFCW your team would still be nervous about making the playoffs. Here's a riddle for you. Are you ready? What division while playing one less games still has more combined victories than the NFCW?

No Seahawk fan is bragging about being the Champs. We are very happy to win the NFCW and as good fans of this game, we understand the 1st goal is to win your division, thereby getting a home playoff game.
For the STH's that is a fantastic event, going to a playoff game at home.
For the fans that can't attend the game, it is also a spectacular event seeing your fav team playing at home in the playoffs where chances to win and advance are enhanced because of playing at home.
Folks that have no idea how this game works get confused about what is important and relevant as you have illustrated in your post.
That is, unless you can link one Seahawk fan that has bragged about being this year's Champions at this point in the season.
