Hey guys I am seriously considering a deal. This is the closest I have come to wanting to trade Rodgers for something but would tremendously appreciate your opinions. The post is "URGANT TRADE OPINION NEEDED" a few experts have all ready chimed in and I just need a few more to help me decide!

the deal is:

Aaron Rodgers
Jordan Mathews

or

RG3
Gronk.

What players would you want on your squad

Not sure what you're waiting for Foot....the only way you lose this deal is injury. If all four players play 16 games, you win big time! And considering their age, is bonus! Do not, I repeat do not be scared of post-Brady Gronk. RG3's struggles last year were mental. The first six weeks were his training camp plus preseason...the Shanny mess is behind him, i think he learned to be humble, and he is a very good, young QB.

Well, as far as from the "Everyone else" side.......................injuries aside, I like the RGIII/Gronk side. Look at it like this: You're getting Gronk/RGIII for Aaron Rodgers (who knows how good Mathews will be)............unless you're one of the growing number of folks with a hard on for Mathews. Obviously there is the injury factor, but anybody can get hurt anytime.

In my money league last year (we do get bonus for lenght of TD) Gronk averaged 10 pts a game (3rd behing VD and his crazy 43 point game and Graham at 11.2 pts a game)...............but yes, Gronk missed half the season.

I'm saying that Gronk still has it when he's on the field.................one of those games was a total bust though. I like the RGIII/Gronk side.

The only argument from the Rodgers side is a perceived lack of injury risk...nobody has said they would take the Rodgers side because of talent/production.

we should not fear injuries but sometimes the fear can be justified...

i would not deal RG3 and Gronk for Rodgers/Mathews if i owned the Gronk side Mathews is an obvious unknown commodity ...it isnt enough coming back

however your are on the Rodgers side..so obviously you would be hunting a stud player if and when you deal Rodgers..and taking back a Qb everytime..so getting RG3 works when you deal Rodgers for a stud(i really do not think its RG3 that you are after) he is the Qb coming back so....

It is Gronk that you want ..here is my opinion if you finally deal Rodgers for a stud as great as Gronk is can be he is one of the rare exceptions where i do fear the injury history along with Harvin and Austin...


so if you want Gronk go get him with something else....

i think what you have here is a deal that people actualyl see as fair..........it can be seen from both sides.....which is a good deal then........its what side you wanna be on......and i like the rg3/gronk

if you ask me all factors aside

RG3-Gronk is better than Rodgers-Mathews

yet if i deal Rodgers i want Dez or Jimmy G
