A) I don't think he was "thirty-something" at the time. Pretty sure he was still in 20s.

B) While his judgment on the night in question was extremely poor, the woman was not under 18. She was a college student, a legal adult, but under-age for drinking purposes (thanks to the idiotic law that the feds rammed down the throats of the states a couple decades back...a law that college students routinely defy).

C) Those days are behind him. He's married, with a kid. Wife apparently keeps him on the straight and narrow.

D) YOUR quarterback is one of the leading reasons for the pussification of the NFL. If he were an American Indian, his name would be Plays-In-A-Dress.
