So that would leave us with…

C Bart
1B Villar/Davis/Flores (??)
2B Estrada/Flores
SS Crawford/Bogaerts
3B Bogaerts/Villar/Flores
LF Wade/Yaz/Slater
CF Nimmo
RF Wade/Yaz/Slater
DH Pedo

Webb
Bassitt
Senga
Cobb
Disco

I REALLY dislike that OF, but that rotation looks nice, especially with Harrison knocking on the door.
It wouldn't shock me if FZ makes a trade for another OF either. Agreed on the SP. That would be pretty strong and deep with Wood, Hjelle, Junis and Harrison as depth.

I don’t expect Junis to be offered a contract at this point. We will need the space, regardless, and I think he is expendable.

Too early in the am for such blatant antisemitism.

Depending on the cost, he may be a good pick up. However, many teams will be looking into him.

Why the huge drop off in production from him after 2019? He's only 27...

Good question. Hence, the reason I mentioned it may be worth signing him for the right price. I get the feeling, though, that he'll quickly strike a deal to return to the Dodgers for a much lower price than what he would have gotten through arbitration.

Worst hitter in all of baseball over the last two years. Coming to Oracle to.....

fix his swing?

Hard pass, homie.

He is still elite defensively at numerous positions. I am intrigued at the possibility.

Giants should be looking to add Kenley Jansen and Taylor Rogers. Need some arms that know how to protect a lead and finish a game. I think last year's bullpen made $5M

Plus, he hits lefty. Worst place for him to come.

If only there was a RH power hitter who was available...

There isn't. If the Yankees don't re-sign him their fans will burn down the stadium. It would be like us not re-signing Buster.

Morosi
nothing official
He's averaged $18mm a year for the last 4 years. He's coming off a good year, leading the league in saves (41) and games finished (54).

So, he'll surely be looking for a similar AAV. But he's 35 YO. I just wonder if we could get better value elsewhere.

And we don’t need a closer. We need depth.
