I timed a few of these clips and he was on QBs in less than 3 seconds, there was no clip i timed over 4 seconds
and even when he got chipped or the guard helped he was on the QB in about 3 seconds.
As soon as the ball was snapped, the pocket imploded

QBs goal is to get the ball out in less than 3 seconds.

who wrote this a Cowboys fan a joke article

Taking this guy seriously, what I see is a comparison between, Bosa and Garrett NFL version vs. Chase Young non NFL version. Let's be reasonable here, noting the differences between current Bosa and Garrett vs. Freshly drafted versions of the two.

Once, Young gets the benefit of NFL tutelage, let's revisit this topic and make the comparisons.

I heard Scot say that. Not saying he is wrong but his draft record here was not good. That was also said on radio after the interview.

This is excellent analysis. The young man is a freak athlete but he needs to work on technique. Without it he is Dexter Manley (not a terrible thing.) If he improves his over all technique then he could be a HOFer. Kerrigan can teach him to bull rush. :D

Let's not put him in the HOF just yet since we have a history of key players getting injured.

I do agree with your 'IF' however.

I agree … "IF" is the key. If anything I meant to temper expectations a little although I think that isn't likely to happen. I see how many people who have handed Young and Sweat the starting positions while they have a total of one year of experience while also advocating to trade Kerrigan who is a proven player. Silly to me.

I believe there will be a regular rotation of the DLine. We'll see.

Since you live in the DC area keep us posted on how Redskins season tickets sales go if and when a season is formulated. I would think that Chase Young alone would boost ticket sales by many thousands but on the other hand this virus has made a lot of corporations and individuals wallets a lot lighter not to mention the staggering unemployment.

Think about it, when is the last time we can really say that we had home field advantage vs. any team?

Good question. Fed Ex Field has never been like RFK but we all know that.

I don't think Chase Young is enough to fill the stands. Maybe he and Haskins being local guys helps a little. Snyder, Allen, Cerrato have done so much damage. The NFL itself is changing and a winning team with an exciting QB 40 miles to the north just complicates it all a bit more. It will be interesting to see if the hiring of Rivera has much effect.

The flip side of the coin is the virus. Will people go sit next to each other come fall. I'd like to think so but not sure. Right now if the NCAA plays my plan is to go to a Navy game or two.

I hear you man and I agree with everything you said. I'll just add, that like many have said, I think it will be very risky to put many fannys in the seats at any stadium until we have a proven vaccine for this virus and who knows when this will happen.

If the NCAA does play, when you go to Annapolis be sure you don't sit near any of those sailors who tested positive on our ships at sea.
