So :

Howard
Johnson
Clement
Smallwood

then your looking for your 5th in the draft which gives you the option of drafting higher rounds for one

Dane Brugler's (Bleacher Report)Eagles mock:
Philadelphia Eagles
1 25 EDGE Clelin Ferrell
2 53 FS Deionte Thompson
2 57 CB Lonnie Johnson
4 127 RB Dexter Williams
4 138 LB Bobby Okereke
5 163 OG/C Hjalte Froholdt
6 197 DL Michael Dogbe

I like the 1st two picks, but the others - I don't know anything about them.

To be honest, I only think the first three picks are big. I think the Eagles and Brown's will be making a deal that will bring us Duke. I think Howie is going to wheel and deal in this draft more so than he has in the past.

Correction: I meant that Brugler is with The Athletic, not Bleacher Report.

Who are you thinking? Staying at 25, move out of first round?

I want out of 1st, I mean it would have to be a huge get to fall down there...
Good move imo. I really hope Howie can get a third rounder back or grab another 2nd. However, if Mississippi State Jeffrey Simmons is on the board at 25, you gotta take him. He's another Fletcher Cox and same school, lol.

He could be great, but has some issues. Domestic violence. I think he has straightened up, but the scouts will know. No matter who or what, for my money :2cents:, I want a DT or DE in the first round. DL is the loaded position in the draft, so I want to come away with a DE, and a DT in the draft. It won't be a reach if take a DL in the first round. After that, take the best Safety or WR or OL with the two 2nd round picks. A LB in the 4th.

Yes on Dline at the top of the list,
I am holding a deep, deep want of OT.
I love Peters and he really makes us old folks look good, but we need his replacement now.

I’m thinking the first pick will be a guy in the trenches whether it’s oline or dline. Safety is in play if one of the top guys drop.

Ya know if I really think about it, I think the Eagles will wind up taking safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson. He’s a versatile guy and I think he’ll be the first pick. Anybody watch this guy play at all?

Yeah I really hope he doesn't go first, got him late 2nd or 3rd round...

Simmons only "hit" a chick that was fighting his sister. Certainly could be some details there that favor him. Not domestic violence in any case. Bigger concern is the ACL, but DTs typically take a few years to develop anyway.
