Can't be any worse than we were at OLB last Sunday... He'll start immediately... Show's just how bad Griffin was last weekend...
A rookie tasked to replace KJ Wright in week 1, are you serious?
Tasked but couldn't hold the spot... Which is why this guy was signed... There have been plenty of rookies that hold their spots... Rookies will struggle but Griffin was that bad... Can't afford to have a game like that last week at this position...
Punter in 5th round etc....this team is getting hard to root for.
I've come to the conclusion that we have Seahawk fans that put WAY to much in a week 1 game to make their judgements.
It was a rough game and they had every chance to win it and didn't. Had this one been in Seattle i would have been much more worried. Only thing i am worried about is the health of players and are FG Kicker. Both are shaky at best.
I hear ya.... I am not pleased that we have Jabba the Hut as our kicker.

he was a 5th round rookie not some 1st or 2nd rounder. He has some learning to do and he will learn. He didn't just drop into the 5th because he was missing a hand he also dropped because he was raw.
KJ's first year wasn't all that great also. He was a 4th rounder and now is part of the best LB pair in the league with him and Bobby. Thing about KJ is he had a knack for being in the right place at the right time. But he wasn't always like that.
Hey, some guys wait all off-season for that first overreaction Monday to get here!I've come to the conclusion that we have Seahawk fans that put WAY to much in a week 1 game to make their judgements.

It was the 2nd most points we scored in a road opener in the PC era. And that was with a couple turnovers, a missed FG, an OPI that wiped away a TD, and a 40+ yard play taken back by an inconsequential hold.Well, that's all football fans for all teams.
That being said, I actually thought it was one of the best week 1 road games we've seen from the Hawks in recent years. I wish we could follow it up at home this week, but if we can steal this win against the Chicago Mack's it'll set up good momentum for the home opener.
