I can honestly say that in all my experience I have never had great BBQ in Georgia. Even when it was home cooked by someone from Ga there was always something off with it.

I like it there too, but the reds (ketchup) are too sweet for my taste and the yellows (mustards) are for chicken. Neither should be put on a hog.
