Leaving Tennessee off was a big mistake as they own the dry rub category.

This questions depends on if you prefer beef, pork, mustard base, vinegar based, tomato base, chopped, pulled, clear and a 100 other considerations.

What I can tell you that the brown sugar mixed catechup sauce they serve out west is shit.

The BBQ produced by any of these states is the equivalent of the McRib.

I live in Arizona, so take your pick between Arizona and ASU.

He must mean pork since he left Texas off completely, but his pic is beef.

n/m, I see he meant playoff teams only.

No offense to @Edisto_Tiger , but I can't do them carolina sauces.

I don't know anything about Oklahoma or Georgia BBQ, but my wife says mine tastes like Big Bob Gibson's, so I'm voting for Alabama.

South Carolina is the only state that is home to all four types of BBQ sauce.

Looks to me like a map of Sherman's march through South Carolina.

How can you not include Texas?
I'd imagine Texas and Missouri will have their own BBQ Bowl later on this year but they definitely aren't CFP teams.
